OMAG Grants

Body-Worn Video Camera Grant

  • OMAG provides funding for the purchase of body worn cameras for qualifying police departments. These new systems protect law enforcement officers and citizens and help reduce liability claims.

Sanitary Sewer Root Control Grant

  • OMAG will provide guaranteed sewer root control treatments for qualifying municipalities.

Public Works Safety Equipment Grant

  • Equipment such as work zone signage, confined space entry equipment, gas meters, etc. is available to qualifying municipalities.

Sanitary Sewer CCTV Grant

  • Public Works departments with overflow risks can qualify for an inspection and audit of their system to address overflows.

Sanitary Sewer Camera Purchase Grant

  • OMAG will help your municipality purchase a sewer inspection camera to assist you in reducing your liability exposure due to sanitary sewer overflows.

Sanitary Sewer Backflow Prevention Remediation Grant

Municipal Natural Gas System Grant

  • In our ongoing effort to aid the operations of municipal gas distribution systems, we provide funding to purchase necessary equipment.

Conference and Training Scholarships 

OMCTFOA Conference

  • We work with OMCTFOA to assist their scholarship applicants.

OML Conference (Chuck Smith Award)

CMAO Conference (Dave Harris Fellowship)

OCEA (Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association) Conference

  • OMAG provides scholarships for Code Enforcement Officers to attend the OCEA Conference.

Police Chief Administrative and Command Staff Training

  • OMAG provides scholarships for Police Chief Administrative and Command Staff Training through the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police.

OMAG will assist with police department accreditation through the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police.

OGITA (Oklahoma Government Information Technology Association) Conference

  • OMAG will reimburse city staff for the cost of travel and lodging for the annual OGITA Conference allowing city staff to attend for no out of pocket cost.
