OMAG Member Portal - Overview

OMAG maintains a Member Dashboard Portal through a system called Origami. This system allows member municipalities to view policies, file and view claims, review policy documents, and much, much more.

Q: Will there be a charge to use the system?

A: No charge for using this system! We are saving both our staff and your city time, energy, and paper, and due to these improvements in efficiency, we think this new system makes all of us better!

Q: When can I start using the new system?

A: Immediately! The new system is ready to use for claims and will contain policy information for cities that have had policies renew on or after December 1, 2020.

Q: How do I get help using the system?

A: We have a help site, with additional technical questions, videos, and other information available at the OMAG Helpdesk. If you still don’t see your question answered, click the “New Support Ticket” and one of our IT staff will assist you.

Q: What if I have a question on a policy, claim, or otherwise?
