How to add this to Outlook
Copy the rendered signature and add it as a new signature in Outlook — do not replace your existing one.
- Fill in your information and select your department (or enable the 50th Anniversary toggle).
- Click Copy Rendered Signature.
- Open Outlook and go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Click New to create a new signature — do not edit or delete your existing signature.
- Give the new signature a name (e.g., "OMAG Standard" or "OMAG 50th").
- Click inside the signature editor box and paste.
- Save your changes and assign the new signature to new emails or replies as needed.
- Your old signature remains saved and can be switched back to at any time.
