This session is expected to cover legal issues arising from entries of a residence, use of force, intervening in another officer's incident or use of force, and post-incident reviews of these kinds of incidents. Training will be provided in the form of traditional classroom training and roundtable discussions. Body cam and other materials from real-life incidents may be used in this session.

Title:
Conducting Post-Incident Reviews
This session will consist of a collaborative, hands-on post-incident review of real-life law enforcement incidents in small groups, followed by a more detailed analysis in a large group setting. Here, the intent is for students to apply what they learned in Sessions 1 and 2 to various Fourth Amendment issues arising from uses of force, traffic stops, and citizen interactions. Body cam and other materials from real-life incidents will be used in this Session.
