Join us at 10:00 a.m. on August 12 for the next Oklahoma Municipal HR Professionals (OMHRP) meeting featuring Dave Slezickey, City Manager for The Village. As both a city manager and active U.S. Army Reservist, Dave will share practical guidance on military leave, including Oklahoma law, military orders, Leave and Earnings Statements (LES), and key employer resources such as USERRA, ESGR, and the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs.

Designed for municipal HR professionals and others responsible for supporting employees, this session is especially valuable for those who have—or may have—employees serving in the National Guard or Reserves. Participants will gain a better understanding of military service obligations and leave requirements while learning how to confidently support employees who serve in the Armed Forces.
