This session is designed for all law enforcement officers and will cover the criminal and civil ramifications of lawsuits or claims faced by officers and municipalities. Attendees will gain essential knowledge to prepare for potential legal challenges, making it relevant for both new recruits and seasoned veterans. Agencies are encouraged to send as many officers as possible to take advantage of this opportunity, as participants will also receive 6 hours of CLEET credit.
