Craig has extensive experience in municipal government, having served the cities of Dodge City, Kansas, Enid and Ponca City, Oklahoma for more than 20 years, before becoming the City Manager of the City of Ponca City in 2009. Craig has a B.A. and M.S. in Political Science and achieved his Credentialed Manager designation from the International City Managers Association. He serves on the Board of Directors and Ethics Committee of City Managers Association of Oklahoma.

Pam became the City Manager for the City of Collinsville in July 2005 after serving the City of Mangum for eight years, including three years as City Manager. In addition to her municipal work, Pam participates in the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, Collinsville Downtown, Inc., the City Manager’s Association of Oklahoma, the International City/County Management Association, and is the Executive Director of the Miss Collinsville Pageant. Ms. Polk is Chairman of the Metropolitan Environmental Trust Management Committee and Past-President of the Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma. She is also a certified municipal finance officer and grant administrator.

Mike Nunneley, 2015’s City Manager of the Year, and Mannford Administrator began his municipal service as Mayor of Granite in 1996 and served as Granite’s first Town Administrator. Mike has made over 65 presentations statewide to city councils on how to hire city managers, on municipal operations and economic development.

Earl has been in city management since 1990 and the City Manager of Harrah, Oklahoma since 2005. He also served as Director of Economic Development for Eastern Oklahoma Development District. In addition to his responsibilities as City Manager, he is a member of the Oklahoma City Managers Association (OCMA) and their Chairman of the Managers in Transition Committee which assists City Managers in transition and has attained credentialing through the International City Managers Association (ICMA). Earl has accomplished millions of dollars in projects during his tenure with the cities he has served. He is very active in the community and works diligently promoting the community and its future growth.

Janice has close to thirty (30) years experience in municipal government with approximately twenty four (24) years in city management positions with Duncan, Marlow, Lindsay, and Comanche. While serving in those communities she has managed many projects that have contributed to the improvement of the quality of services and programs for those communities. She is a member of the City Management Association of Oklahoma and past board member. She has served on the boards of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA); Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma (MESO) and various committees affecting municipal government. She is currently employed as City Manager with the City of Duncan since August 2013.

Mike currently serves as the City Clerk/Treasurer and Finance Director for the City of Bartlesville and has been employed by the City since May 2005. In addition to his municipal responsibilities, Mike serves on the Board of the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers, and Finance Officers Association (OMCTFOA) and serves as Treasurer for the Boards of both the Government Finance Officers Association of Oklahoma (GFOAO) and the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority (BRTA). Before coming to work for the City of Bartlesville, he was an auditor for several Oklahoma entities including the City of Bartlesville, the City of Claremore, and the City of Skiatook. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and has received the Distinguished Budget Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for the last four years.
