1.       Determination of a quorum.

2.       Consent Docket.

             All items listed in the consent docket are deemed routine in nature, not requiring discussion.  They will be approved by one motion.  The consent docket will not be discussed.  Any Trustee desiring to discuss an item on the consent docket may request that it be removed from the consent docket to be placed for discussion as the next item.  It will then be considered separately at that time.

A.           Approve minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 25, 2010.

B.           Receive Financial Statement on the Operating Account for the month ended June 30, 2010.

C.           Receive Financial Statement on the Life & Health Benefits Plan for the month ended June 30, 2010.

D.           Receive Financial Statement on the Municipal Liability Protection Plan for the month ended June 30, 2010.

E.            Receive Financial Statement on the Municipal Property Protection Plan for the month ended June 30, 2010.

F.            Receive Financial Statement on the Workers’ Compensation Plan for the month ended June 30, 2010.

G.           Receive Operations Summary Report as of June 30, 2010. (Meeting Handout)

H.           Receive Payment Reports for the months ended June 30, 2010 and July 31, 2010.

I.              Receive Health Claims Paid Report for the month ended June 30, 2010.

3.             Consider items removed from the consent docket.

4.             Consider increase to the Operating Fund budget for the year ending June 30, 2011 for additional cost of health care premiums.

5.             Receive financial review for the year ended June 30, 2010.

6.             Consider renewal issues of the Municipal Property Protection Plan effective November 1, 2010, including, but not limited to, premium rates and policy amendments.

7.             Consider renewal issues of the Municipal Liability Protection Plan effective November 1, 2010, including, but not limited to, premium rates and policy amendments.

8.             Consider return of Loss Fund Balances in the Workers’ Compensation Plan.

9.             Consider agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield as agent for health coverage.

10.         Consider resolution to appoint an agent to provide sets of bid documents to bidders.

11.         Consider claims and settlement authority in the Municipal Liability Protection Plan, including an executive session as authorized by 25 O.S. §307.B(4), if necessary.
