Pam became the City Manager for the City of Collinsville in July 2005 after serving the City of Mangum for eight years, including three years as City Manager. In addition to her municipal work, Pam participates in the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, Collinsville Downtown, Inc., the City Manager’s Association of Oklahoma, the International City/County Management Association, and is the Executive Director of the Miss Collinsville Pageant. Ms. Polk is Chairman of the Metropolitan Environmental Trust Management Committee, Past-President of the Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma, and is currently Chairman of the OMAG Board of Directors. She is also a certified municipal finance officer and grant administrator. Pam was first appointed to the OMAG Board in September 2004; her current term will expire in June 2011.
The City of Collinsville participates in OMAG's Municipal Liability Protection Plan and the Municipal Property Protection Plan.
