Janice has been the City Administrator in Marlow since 1998. She has over 23 years of municipal experience, serving as the city manager in Lindsay and Comanche and in other capacities for the municipalities of Mustang and Ardmore. In addition to her responsibilities as City Administrator in Marlow and OMAG board member, Janice is also a board member for the City Managers' Association of Oklahoma, the Municipal Electric System of Oklahoma, and the Marlow Lions Club. She was elected to the OMAG Board in June of 2002 and became Board Chair in October, 2007. Her current term will expire in June of 2008.
The City of Marlow is in all three of OMAG's plans: Municipal Liability Protection Plan, Municipal Property Protection Plan, and Workers' Compensation Plan.
