Chuck Smith joined OMAG as Director of Plan Services in 1996. In addition to OMAG, he has served Oklahoma municipalities his entire career as a city manager, MESO/OMPA Director, lobbyist and local investment banker in public finance. Smith believes that OMAG’s role in Oklahoma municipal government involves more than just risk financing policies. The Plan Services Department prides itself in prompt response to inquiries and coverage questions, follow-up on claims issues and general assistance to clients in all areas of municipal insurance.
