Stephen Reel
General Counsel and Deputy Director of OMAG

Stephen provides legal counsel to the Board of Trustees, OMAG staff and municipal officials. He is primarily involved in the management of outside litigation in the Municipal Liability Protection Plan, writes publications pertaining to loss control measures, and is a frequent lecturer in the area of police and employment liability. Prior to joining OMAG Stephen served as City Manager for The Village and has over 30 years experience as a municipal attorney in Oklahoma. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 1977 and has been with OMAG since 1985.
