Jonathan provides legal counsel to the Board of Trustees, OMAG staff and municipal officials. He is primarily involved in the management of litigation in the Municipal Liability Protection Plan, provides oversight for the Property, Workers’ Compensation and Life and Health Plans, and writes and speaks regularly about municipal risk management and liability issues. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of AGRiP, a national organization for governmental risk pools such as OMAG. Prior to joining OMAG, Jon was in private practice and served as an Assistant Municipal Counselor for the City of Oklahoma City. He holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, and has over 30 years experience in municipal law. Jon has been with OMAG since 1990.
